im really annoyed at the animation and i want to like it but the faces are kinda amateurish in most shots and everythings so static and the fights just look so awkward and ugh.

also it seems like the anime is missing so many details from the manga that show Gray’s feelings. they massively exaggerate Juvia’s ‘creepy’ side, making her stalk him for ages and adding in many more 'Gray-sama’ moments, and then they take out his little smiles and generally change it to make it look like he isn’t enjoying her company at all. i’m not saying that the anime does this all the time, but it’s rare that they don’t.

i’m just mad idk.
